Connecticut State Police Make Nine DUI Arrests on the First Day of the Thanksgiving Weekend

The Connecticut State Police reported that they made 9 DUI arrests and issued 393 speeding tickets on the first day of the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend.  Their press released indicated that "Troopers patrolled the roads and highways across Connecticut, focusing on drunk driving violations and aggressive violations."  During the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend last year, the Connecticut State Police reported making 52 DUI arrests and issuing 1,106 speeding tickets.  The full story can be found following the link below to the Middletown Press:
